On February 5, the extraordinary sitting of the RA NA Council was held moderated by the RA NA Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan.

The Council agreed to convene an extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly on the initiative of the deputies of the National Assembly on 6 February 2020 at 11:00a.m.

The Council also agreed to include the items on debating the package of the draft laws on Making Addenda and Amendments to the Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure, on Making Addenda and Amendments to the Constitutional Law on Referendum and on Making Addenda and Amendments to the Constitutional Law on Constitutional Court in the first and second readings in the agenda of the extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly to be convened on the initiative of the deputies of the National Assembly on 6 February 2020, at 11:00a.m.
